What is BSTPS?

Bangladesh Skill Training Providers Society (BSTPS) is a non-political, non-profit and service organization that brings together various skill training providers and training institutions in the country to manage and coordinate skill development activities. BSTPS mainly works to ensure quality training in the skill development sector, increase coordination among training institutions and implement skill development activities according to national and international standards.

Main Activities of BSTPS
  • Bringing various training institutions across the country onto a single platform to conduct coordinated activities.
  • Ensuring the quality of training and supporting the implementation of modern curricula.
  • Organizing awareness meetings and workshops on skill development, technology usage, and employment.
  • Establishing effective communication between training institutions and industries to ensure the supply of skilled manpower.
  • Providing support to trainees in securing jobs and becoming entrepreneurs.

BSTPS believes that by developing the skills of the country’s youth, Bangladesh can become economically stronger. Skilled human resources can reduce unemployment, alleviate poverty, and build a sustainable economy.
